What do these costs mean?
Premium: what you pay each month for the plan. You generally also pay your Part B premium.
Deductible: what you may pay before the plan starts paying for certain services.
Copay / coinsurance: a fixed amount / a percentage you pay for a covered service.
Medical out-of-pocket limit: the yearly limit on your share of covered medical costs. Premiums and Part D drug costs are separate.

When can I change coverage for 2027?
Medicare Annual Enrollment runs October 15–December 7, 2026. Changes generally begin January 1, 2027. This period allows eligible people to change Medicare Advantage or Part D coverage or switch between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
Does AEP guarantee I can buy a Medicare Supplement?
No. Medigap helps pay certain out-of-pocket costs under Original Medicare. Its enrollment protections are different from AEP. Your one-time federal Medigap open enrollment period generally starts when you are 65 or older and enrolled in Part B and lasts six months. Outside protected periods, acceptance or price may depend on underwriting and applicable rights.
Does this comparison include every detail needed to enroll?
No. It compares selected published costs for individual Medicare Advantage plans. It does not verify your doctors, specific prescriptions, pharmacy prices, eligibility, or every benefit limitation. Review the plan’s current Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage before selecting coverage. Standalone Part D and Medigap are not included in this tool.
